Cancellation Policy:
- Holidaymakers who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount that they've paid.
- Holidaymakers who cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in will get back 50% of the amount that they’ve paid.
- Holidaymakers who cancel within 7 days of check-in won't get a refund.
The use of all recreational equipment provided by Eden Properties such as hot tub/spa, trampoline, gym equipment, bicycles, fishing rods, surfboards, SUPs and toys is at holidaymakers risk - all care but no responsibility is taken by Eden Properties WA.
