Located in a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking the Frankland River, it's a leisurely 15-minute stroll to the pristine river banks, a 5-minute drive to the world famous Tree Top Walk and a 15-minute drive to spectacular beaches galore. The only thing you need to do here is unwind!
Tree Top Vista Nornalup is a newly built, single storey, luxury pad nestled amongst the trees overlooking the old-growth forests of the Walpole-Nornalup National Park, the Frankland River and the Southern Ocean. A large open plan kitchen/dining/lounge with comfy couch, fireplace and spectacular Jarrah burl dining table greets you upon entry. Sliding window-doors that lead onto the deck can be pushed back to create an enormous space for indoor-outdoor entertaining. Watch the birds play while you BBQ and then relax and enjoy your meal on the one-of-a-kind Jarrah long table outside or retreat and get cosy around The Burl table inside. The Tree Top Vista bedrooms can accommodate all guest types, with two king bedrooms (one with ensuite), a third king bedroom (which can be converted to 2 long single beds if required) and a bunk room for the kiddies. There are also toys, games, a large bath and a Smart TV to keep the junior guests happy. Tree Trop Vista is serviced by a large rainwater tank, filled regularly by the trusty South Coast climate, so please drink your fill from the best tasting water in the world. Since this is set up for holiday stays, you'll have access to the entire space. We provide all linen including bath towels, and there is a Smart TV, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer, hair dryer, iron, large bath, high chair, cot, change mat, kiddy table and chairs, indoor wood fire, reverse cycle AC, Webber Baby Q, outdoor hot water shower, toys and board games available for guest use. A wide range of personal and cleaning products are also provided (e.g. hand wash, body wash, shampoo, conditioner etc.).

Amazing house in a beautiful setting and a superb location. Access to Walpole was quick and easy for supplies and the location was perfect to explore big tree country. The bunk room and toys kept the kid busy while the huge deck and fire place made a relaxing place for the adults. Everything we needed was provided by an obviously very thoughtful host. Highly recommended.

Base prices (up to 4 guests) vary with the season as follows:
Low season: $280 per night
High Season (July and October School Holidays): $330 per night
Peak Season (Summer and April School Holidays, Long Weekends): $430 per night
Additional guests (above 4) incur a charge of $15 per person per night.
Minimum stay is 3 nights, and 5 nights during school holidays. However, shorter stays may be possible between bookings - please just ask.
Please note that no Wifi is provided, so you would need to bring along a portable modem to access Netflix, Youtube etc. on the Smart TV (normal TV works just fine though).
It’s also worth noting that there is minimal mobile phone coverage in the region (generally Telstra only) so get set to enjoy the serenity. However, please be familiar with the check-in details before arrival so you aren't stranded at the front door with no wifi and no mobile reception! Most mobile phones will have coverage in Walpole (10km towards Manjimup) or Denmark (55km towards Albany).

The South Coast of WA is full of outdoor adventure. With the Valley of the Giants and the Tree Top Walk at your back door, the Bibbulmun Track hiking and Munda Biddy bike trails nearby, uncrowded surf breaks, spectacular beaches and great fishing spots there is plenty to do for active souls. If you prefer to simply chill out and unwind there are several wineries, breweries and quaint food options to explore. We particularly recommend the Nornabar (a 15-minute stroll down the hill) for a fine dining experience Weds-Sunday lunch or dinner, and Tingles Bakehouse (a 5-minute drive) for great coffee and the best gourmet pies you’ve ever tasted! Please note that the Nornalup neighbourhood is very very quiet, so wild parties are a DEFINITE no no. But, feel free to enjoy a sip on the deck while listening to the sounds of the forest :) The unique bird life is another fantastic feature of our special home, so bringing pets is another absolute no no. Please just come and enjoy the local feathered friends for your animal fix.
A car is definitely the best option if you want to fully explore the region. There are also lots of offroad trails to explore if you have a 4WD and know how to use it!
