About the Accommodation

The Tree House comes fully equipped with everything you need for a holiday Down South, including a spacious kitchen, all linen, a bbq area, deck with ocean views and even gear like bikes, surfboards or fishing rods provided upon request. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, it's a leisurely 15-minute stroll to Old Dunsborough's pristine beaches or a 10-minute bike ride to the shops. The only thing you need to do is unwind!

There are two levels with a steep wooden staircase between. Great for two families to stay and still have a level each, if you want some chill time. Down stairs includes the main family room, kitchen, three bedrooms and both bathrooms. There's also a bbq area out the back, with a grassed area where the kids can run amok while you kick back and enjoy a well-deserved drink. Upstairs hosts the second family room, two bedrooms and the deck, which has views of the bay on both sides.

Since this is set up for holiday stays, you'll have access to the entire space. I provide quality Sheridan linen and bath towels, beach towels, a sound system, Wifi, Smart TVs with Netflix, DVD players, a large range of DVDs, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, blender, slow cooker, toasty machine, microwave, dishwasher, washer, dryer, hair dryer, big free standing bath, high chairs, cots, reverse cycle AC, free standing fans, oil heaters, BBQ, indoor wood fire, outdoor chiminea, outdoor bar fridge (please just ask me to turn it on for you), outdoor hot water shower, books, magazines and board games. A wide range of organic/environmentally friendly/socially conscious personal and cleaning products are also provided (e.g. hand wash, hand lotion, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, essential oils, bath salts etc.). Surfboards, bikes, fishing rods, fishing tackle and extra baby gear can be provided if you need it. Just let me know in advance. If you have to do a bit of work during your stay, there is also a laptop stand, mouse, keyboard and ethernet cables. One basket of firewood is provided free of charge, and full access to Eve’s wood shed can be purchased for $15 per day.

The Tree House Dunsborough, August 2022

Eve's place was amazing. Everything you could ever need was provided and the care and attention to detail was unlike anything I have experienced staying at an AirBnB. It was such a treat. It was the perfect place to stay with young kids, there were toys, books, games, safety gates, highchairs, even a little step in the bathroom for the little ones to wash their hands/brush their teeth. It really was exceptional. The location was perfect. It was better than a home away from home. I could not recommend Eve's place highly enough.

Neighbourhood

Down South WA is full of outdoor adventure and world-class wineries. With mountain bike tracks and bush walks at the back door, hiking trails up the coast, world class surf breaks just around the corner, beautiful beaches everywhere and great fishing spots nearby there is plenty to do for active souls. If you prefer to simply chill out and unwind there are loads of excellent wineries, good breweries and quaint galleries to explore. Please note that the neighbourhood is very quiet, so wild parties are a definite no no. But, feel free to enjoy a sip on the deck while listening to some relaxing tunes :)

A car is definitely the best option if you want to fully explore the region, but if you are happy to just chill around Dunsborough, The Tree House is equipped with 5 adult and 2 children's bikes to help you get around.
