You can hear the surf and smell the ocean from our "Old School" Yallingup Beach home. One of the original Yallingup shacks, our recently renovated pad comes fully equipped with everything you need for a holiday Down South, including a spacious kitchen, all linen, a sheltered bbq area and several decks gazing over the peppermint trees. Located on a quiet street just one back from the beach, it's a leisurely stroll down one lane to the Yallingup Lagoon. The only thing you need to do is unwind!
There are two levels with one bedroom and a large play room upstairs, and a kitchen/dining/lounge room, both bathrooms, study/baby room and three bedrooms downstairs. There's also a sheltered bbq/patio area out the front for entertaining, and several decks overlooking the peppermint trees where you can kick back and enjoy a well-deserved drink. The bbq area features a four person spa/hot tub for relaxing post-beach mission soaks. This is our precious family home and you'll have access to the entire space and all our stuff, except for the downstairs garage and it's contents. We provide all linen including bath towels, and there is Wifi, a Smart TV with Netflix, fully plumbed fridge with filtered water and ice dispenser, freezer, coffee machine, mix master, slow cooker, toasty machine, microwave, dishwasher, washer, dryer, hair dryer, bath, high chair, cot, BBQ, indoor wood fire, reverse cycle A/C downstairs, outdoor chiminea, outdoor fridge, outdoor hot water shower, books, magazines and board games available for guest use. A wide range of organic/environmentally friendly/socially conscious personal and cleaning products are also provided (e.g. hand wash, hand lotion, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, essential oils, bath salts etc.). If you have to do a bit of work during your stay, there is a fully equipped office with printer, laptop stand, mouse and keyboard. Below bedroom 1 is the hot water outdoor shower for post-beach rinse offs. At the very back of the property is a 14-ft trampoline to keep the kiddies amused - there is a safety net, but the trampoline is for use at your own risk!

Please note that while the kitchen/dining/lounge area is freshly renovated, the rest of the original cottage (bedroom 2 - 5) is unchanged since the 1980's (i.e. super rustic!) and the back addition to original cottage (study/baby room, bedroom 1 and ensuite) is unchanged since built in 2000. So if pristine, modern perfection throughout is what you are chasing this pad is not for you! We don't use pest control of any kind, preferring to live and let live. You are therefore likely to be visited by the odd bug and a few black worms if it rains - these are harmless and can be vacuumed up or deposited outside. Although we do not remove all our stuff for the duration of our guests stays, we do ensure that the top drawer of every cupboard and some wardrobe space in bedroom 1, 2 and 3 is available for guest use.
It is a 50m stroll down a lane to Lagoon Cafe to grab a coffee and a snack and another 50m to the stunning Yallingup lagoon for a swim or surf.
